Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from KosherMP3+.

Returns  
If you're not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 31 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:  
- Item must be in brand new, unused condition  
- All original packaging and accessories must be included  
- Returns must be approved by us before being sent back  

Shipping  
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility  
- If the item was received in a defective or damaged condition, we will cover the return shipping  
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable  
- Credit card processing fees are also non-refundable

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.

If the item shows signs of use or is missing packaging/accessories, a partial refund may apply.
