We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from KosherMP3+.

Returns  
If you're not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 31 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:  
- Item must be in brand new, unused condition  
- All original packaging and accessories must be included  
- Returns must be approved by us before being sent back

Shipping  
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility  
- If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping  
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving a defective or damaged item

Refunds  
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
